| Phil Andrews always turn s any criticism of any action he has taken into a personal "poor me" spat. Whether it is to avoid a proper explanation of his decision to develop the car park or to send his child(ren?) to private school I don't live in the borough now but having spent 25 years there am still very interested in what is happening there. What a pity then that rather than give a proper response to his support of this scheme - and just calling it a scrap of tarmac under the M4 which is disingenuous to say the least. Phil does what he does best - he throw around innuendo about issues from near history. Will all the money from this development go to BMH - will it be enough to ensure its future - what is the impact on the green lung for the borough - what do FOE have to say about it? And - although it isnt in Phil's ward - what do the people of Brentford think about it. |
