Vanessa I've not the foggiest who 'phoned the school in question to tell them that I was a racist and a fascist and a personal friend of Colonel Gadaffi, and I really don't care any more now than I did at the time. But I do know who 'phoned a local business (a pet shop) at around the same time and told them word for word the very same thing, because if you recall on that occasion you left your name! You can plead innocence and accuse me of being a conspiracy theorist all you like, history is history and unlike the allegations that you make and cannot substantiate (such as the claim made earlier on this thread that I have personally abused you) everything I have said is documented and can be posted up onto this forum for all to see upon request. As I have already made clear I simply don't know whether the manic and hateful behaviour displayed over the years by some of yours would be something that would be extended to my children. I do however consider it something of an overstatement to describe my concern that behaviour already displayed towards others thought to be associated with me might possibly be repeated elsewhere as "appalling". What evidence is available to reassure me that you and others would conduct yourselves differently in a school situation than in another? Maybe some would even try to justify it - "You call it depravity, we call it politics" possibly? Like I say, I was not prepared to take the chance and that is the reason I took the decision that I did. The idea that I would seek out an "excuse" to subject myself voluntarily to massive financial hardship at a time like the present is something I would more have expected from Mr. Hughes than from an intelligent person such as yourself. |
