| I entirely support that Adam, the planning system is a mess and is again one of those things governments tinker around with, thus adding odds and sods to things that don't quite gel. Instead of a root and branch review and correction. As for CIL - not sure that that's a good a system as S106 as it gives council's much more say in how it gets distributed and used, from what I can see and have read. |
