| Wow, it’s not even April 1 yet already the jokes are going up: Changing the surface so there is a aural warning (to remind cyclists).’ These being the same cyclists who routinely ignore red lights, ride on pavements and ignore existing pedestrian crossings? How will those plugged into their AirPods hear the ‘aural warning’? ‘So I've read the criticism for cyclists not stopping but I have not (yet) heard of any actual accidents. The fanatical opposition actually fuels the major issue, which is actually fear.’ That will be the same fear that cycling lobbyists routinely roll out to close roads despite no accidents being recorded. Seriously, it’s all very well engaging but if it’s just to spout spurious BS it’s pointless. |
