| So predictable. It's a lot more cyclists than Keith estimates (I don't have proper numbers but I cycle it myself very often and am rarely alone) and in my experience I regularly have to navigate around pedestrians on the cycle path. Not actually a problem for anybody apart from fanatical anti-bicyclists. The path in the park is OK but the entry and exit are temporary and that is why most people don't use it. It will be fixed later this year. I agree 6 months is too long but having had a preliminary view of what's to be done I can see it will take a while, albeit in stages. I doubt there will be that much impact on the road but I await the stage details. |
