| Good grief Mr. Brownlee, given your demonstrable scant knowledge of local events, evidenced by your oblivion to the well-documented car park debacle in Brentford I find it almost incomprehensible that you now feel fit to opine on the potential maladministration of Hounslow Council in the letting of homes. It is hardly 'a view' that an empty council home has not been occupied, it is a statement of fact. May I suggest that you look at threads passim to build a deeper understanding of the number of council, and I stress council-owned, homes sitting idle. There are any number of threads about properties that have sat empty for month after month, with a number displaying 'Site Office' notices with no work in progress. When local residents, including former councillors, have queried this they were told that no such 'Site Office' exists, despite the signs being self-evident to anyone passing. Once you have familiarised yourself with the facts perhaps you may wish to comment again. |
