| A neighbour, who is London Ambulance driver, told me yesterday that it took them 55 minutes to transfer a patient from Southall to West Mid, most of that time they spent trying to get from Gillette Corner to the hospital. They are not allowed use blue lights in all cases, only in real emergencies. Apparently, this is happening on a regular basis, and they are wasting time in traffic jams instead of dealing with emergencies. But according to Hounslow councillors, we all are just imagining things. |
