| They might have had 'hundreds of thousands' of activists and 'tactical brains', but that was then, I'm afraid on the showing of our local representatives nowadays that the same can't be said. If these people seriously imagine that their 'Momentum' comrades are going to spring into action and actually do some work then they may well have a long wait. Anyway Guy also has to recognise as we did that pertinent local issues do matter and can affect votes locally. Given that this lot have a most appalling record and are so reviled in a way I can't remember ever being the case previously, he may do well to remember that pride goes before a fall. |
