| Its not required at the moment, but when any large building is complexity refurbished it should be brought up to date by fitting a sprinkler system. Just relying on smoke alarms alone in tower blocks is a well out of date. Also half of the hard wired smoke alarms are meant to have a battery back up, which doesn't seem to be happening |
