| It really is incredible that there are articles in newspapers warning of water shortages coming when the better weather arrives, even Dodgy Dave's getting in on the action holding talks. Here's a really good idea - do something about all the bloody leaks, I have reported two in the last week (with the help of Kath on this Forum) and my son reckons there are at least half a dozen he's spotted not too far from here. Whilst appreciating that the bad weather has probably aggravated the situation - the Winter comes at this time every year - so why the hell isn't Thames Water ready to do the repairs quicker? We keep being told that the water bills go up because of all the investment they're making - yeh right! |
