| I think there is a very strong link to Thames Water S106 matters and the all too often burst water mains as this company know that with their speicial and cosy relationship with Senior Officers at Hounscil Council they are basically free to do what they wish in this Borough knowing that these same Officers will never put any real pressuse on them I can guarantee that when the next mains pipe bursts we will still hear yet again the same old tired lines about how the Council is again very unhappy but its not Thames Waters fault etc blah blah blah and the Council is doing all it can.... This attitude of course stems from the very top at the Council and until he is gone it will never change |
