| You would think so Sarah but for whatever reason a few of our esteemed officers at the Civic Centre give the impression that they know best and anyone who requests information is a pest and will do their utmost to delay it In my time as a councillor I found hundreds of thousands of pounds of unspent monies for Isleworth and even for projects in the Syon Ward which were at the end of their time limit and would have been lost if I and my colleagues had not been constantly on their back This matter was brought to the attention of both Audit and Scrutiny but nothing changed |
