| Robin - I haven't ducked the question. I just haven't had the energy to spell it all out again but I will do. However please would you PM me your private email address / phone number as you raise an important point about Ann Keen doing lots of behind the scenes work on Mogden. I discussed this with solicitors today and it seems that although we subpoenaed Hounslow Council and Thames Water under document disclosure rules, we didn't obtain documents from Ann Keen. We have a couple of documents from Thames Water relating to correspondence with Ann Keen which were disclosed under the rules but from what you say there should be 10 to 15 years of missing correspondence from Ann Keen's side which may include letters to LBH, Secretary of State, Junior Ministers, Defra, Ofwat etc. If you can PM me your contact details I will arrange for solicitors to interview you to find out more about the background work you are aware of.
