| Andrew, Well done, you and the team on the excellent work in pulling all this together. It will certainly put on record, to the developers and council, what people in Brentford feel about what a requirement for a new design should be. What do you think will be the main drivers behind the future design, from the owners and developers? Will it be: - a priority to maximise a financial return - wanting a beacon development for image - pressure from LBH -? From what you have learnt about the developers and the current situation, do you think the developers will come up with a design solution, that matches well the requirement ideas here? |
