| A friend who has worked for decades in London property markets recently told me that, no matter how bad conditions get, waterside property will always sell (as long as it has a view of the water). As I understand it Albany Riverside can't be developed until the Half Acre site (with Arts Centre) is ready for occupation. Wouldn't it just make more sense to make the arrangement more flexible e.g. half of Albany Riverside can be sold to provide funds for the rest of the development? |
