| Good news, the housing dept. cleared the fly-tip very quickly from our rear access, I contacted Enforcement and gave them the details and photos. They interviewed the householder who name and address was in the rubbish, it also transpired more of his rubbish had been dumped over the road as well! The householder admitted it was his, and claimed he'd got a firm from the internet to dispose of his stuff. He has now received a Fixed Penalty Notice for £400 for not ensuring that the firm he used had not got a waste carriers licence. Thanks to both the housing estates team and Enforcement team. |
