| That is what I was wondering about, Vanessa. Any how. The council free pick up team have collected it. Neighbour says the 2 guys who dumped it, were watching on. Opinion is that the council doesn’t pursue this sort of thing, so I really wonder why I go to the tip, when the pavement is far easier. Recordings sent to local councillors, I understand. Plus the pick up crew must have photographed it and made a log of what they picked up. Guy. Local councillors report things but they are reliant on the internal workings at the council to follow through. From personal experience I do not believe this is always the case. Follow through being the key words. |
