It is one of the exceptionally rare examples of a pub that would be better off as flats.

Albany Road has the highest crime rate in the borough. You can check the police crime maps. It is quite unbelievable. However - spend a day on Albany Road and you will see why. Constant drug dealing - in plain sight, roaming alcoholics carrying cans of extra strength beers from dusk till dawn. There have been acid attacks in the road (this year) - serious assaults (ever year) and there are often groups of gangs on mountain bikes from the Haverfield Estate patrolling the street.
