| It's the way it was introduced that has annoyed me. At no time did Hounslow council mentioned this to any residents. The website/magazine gave the impression that street cleaning would be improved under the PFI Contract. All current measures of the standard of Hounslow street cleaning clearly states there is a problem that needs more resources not less. I've contacted Hounslow Highways who are unable to provide me with a schedule of when my road has been swept. It's clearly not the attention that was promised under the PFI contract. I attended Cllr Ruth Cadbury surgery to voice my concerns. She promised to call me back after contacting Hounslow council with my concerns. Sadly and predictably she did not bother.
