| Spot on with your cpmments. Mind you though I don't think the profit levels of Serco et al are that baffling, it's long been the case that if you work for the government both local and national it's a meal ticket as failure is rarely penalised whilst at the same time payment is always guaranteed regardless of how well or badly a job is done or a contract carried out. |
