| I’d like a little clarification – have you read the 2003 Report, or have you simply made assumptions as to its content based only on the Google Earth image? Your emphatic comments that “it considered a very different situation to that which is proposed by Hither Green Developments” and “this was the situation that BW and Capon were concerned about” give the impression that they are based upon knowledge of the Report. I am hopeful that such is not the case and that you don’t know [in this case] what you are talking about. I say this while according you the respect due to someone who has evidently taken the trouble to be otherwise well informed on many aspects of the wider situation. |
