| I think the age of car owners can be partly explained by where people of various ages live - younger people living in Zone 2 probably don't need one, not in ordinary times anyway, because of the better public transport in those areas. Cheaper cab services like Uber also mean you can hide your car usage behind someone else's ownership, but that doesn't mean you're not riding around in one. |
