| Walked through BM park today as usual. Sad to see that no rectification work to the ground around our lovely cedar tree appears to have commenced. The footpath by the side of the tree is still a mess. However, I saw someone 'rolling' the damaged areas where the football pitches are. I may be wrong but I think someone has scattered grass seeds around this area. There are mountains of woodchips in the park - are they being spread around to 'hide' some of the damage? I saw a vehicle with a load of them heading towards the nature trail area but did not have time to investigate. Glad to read on his Weekly Update that Guy Lambert will be closely monitoring the repairs to our park. |
