The line of trees across the site which might have meant for a smaller development if they were to be valued, have all been removed. They were planted across the site as a part of a previous application for a small car park so are around 35 years old (allowing for them being a few years old when planted). I wonder if the old wall which formed part of Syon park farm will be down next weekend? It is a party wall with buildings up to the rear and pavement up to the front and if bricks fell out on the pavement side the Council came and fixed them. Should there not be a party wall agreement on there in case the developers claim ownership and try and knock it down to gain car access for the building site? If the trees can go in a jiffy how long will it take to knock the wall down and sell the bricks off to an architectural antique place? |
