| It was approved to demolish two walls and the roof and rebuild using the same materials (as I previously posted). We were very worried by the demolition of 57-59 Kew Bridge Road in similar circumstances but people far betterqualified than me are very satisfied with what has been rebuilt under the supervision of the planners. I have a fair amount of faith that we will have Trimmer Hall revived as a private house, retaining much of its original material and form, which will be a step up from the decaying wreck that it has been for years, maybe decades. |
