Trudie.  Yes the occupants seem to have to jump over the metal fencing...or, closer to the Waterman's Art Centre, the low sturdy wall. You'd enjoy the walk along the Park there and you'll be pleasantly surprised at the loveing care some owners tend to their watercraft.... many of which look a though they have been trapped for years! There are some howlers of course... but overall I was pleasantly impressed. It was Brentford style if you know what I mean!
