There are 238 'affordable' homes in this development of 800 homes in total. When I went to school that did not equate to 80%, and I think it is typical of idiots who know no better to link families living on benefits with criminals. Your 'understanding' is possibly more of a misunderstanding fed by your prejudices and frequent reading of the Daily Torygraph, apart from which you seem to have missed the news that this shower of a government has restricted housing benefit so it is highly unlikely anyone in receipt of that would be able to afford to live in GWQ.
