In the 1970s L B Hounslow used Brentford as a dumping ground for its hard to explain disproportionate amount of disfunctional families. Brentford has been dogged with problems since -  In schools, and on the streets.

A lot was done in the late 80's and 90's to redress this and tried and put this right including housing students in the flats in areas becoming so bad, no self respecting person would dare live.

It did for a while stabilise things at least.

But in very recent times we see it all recurring.

I understand that over 80% of GWQ is housing families on benefits homes by not just LBH but 6 other councils.  Is this true?

It cannot be pure coincidence that this unnatural increase in population tallies with the rise in crime, and resurgence in vandalism and anti social behaviour.

The people are already here, so where are the extra police, health facilities, and other facilities?

It is becoming apparent that the local long established population is being urinated on with petrol by this borough and it's developer chums.

Local councillors? I ask you to explain please why you have all been silent for so long on this and allowed the degredation of this mixed community that was at least for a while quite a stable one.?
