Hounslow Homes are obviously not suffering any cut backs lately as we have just received a letter from the Planning Dept advising us the two properties they own either side of our house which we own are to be cladded and yet theu only painted all their houses in our street a couple of years ago

As I say the letter we first received was from the Planning Dept asking if we have any objections etc though they wont take in to account what a complete waste of money this is of course

The second letter we recieved yesterday was a seperate pompous one from Hounslow Homes themself saying that they intend going ahead and dont need planning permission anyway

Do they and the Council ever communicate these day?
