| Hi Fran, I'm not aware amongst any of my clients that they have any small plots they are willing to sell...the big developers only usually go for plots that could potentially accommodate at least 20 units, and most of the smaller plots where they is potential to redevelop the site or subdivide tend to either be actively developed by longstanding owners or sold at auction. Very rare to come across a single plot that isn't part of a larger site or part of the curtilage of an existing house. But if I hear anything from any clients or come across a single plot with development potential I'll let you know. Adam |
