Very interesting reply Adam.... I am actively looking for a plot of land to buy with outline or full planning permission to do my own self build...... Are you aware of any single plots available... I have been researching for months and it seems you might very well be the person who can help me. I have been told that big developers might have small plots that they are willing to sell on to a private self builder? Fran |
