William, aged 88 years and living in Brentford, stands before the Memorial at the end of proceedings…and he displayed his WW2 medals having served in Burma. Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Afterwards we retreated to The Inverness Club where we enjoyed a long chat and he was introduced to others. What a history he has!
