...and thank you to all councillor colleagues - and officers - who rolled their sleeves up at different points along the way to help make this happen. 

Someone did a wonderful sketch in the mid-nineties of how the three memorials were meant to be sited together outside the library - so it was great to see the vision realised today and the soldiers properly remembered with a good turnout of the local community.
