If that’s directed at me, Keith, it’s rather mean-spirited, isn’t it? Not to mention completely missing the point. Anne asked what I didn’t like about Lidl, and I responded. If you’d bothered to absorb what I actually said, I have a background in the food and drink industry so have an interest in what’s on offer locally. While Lidl is not for me, it’s obviously a useful resource for others - and that’s a good thing. My fear is that it could dent Morrisons’ trade to the point of obsolescence, which would be a terrible thing for the area. And not that you know a damned thing about me, my life, background, upbringing or politics, what’s your beef with the middle class? What a snide comment, borne of lazy assumptions. Do better. |
