| How thin skinned Cllr Lambert is. Seems par for the course for ‘socialists’. As he demonstrates time and again he dismisses anyone who disagrees with him, which isn’t a helpful trait in elected representatives. He’s even admitted not reading some posts because they are ‘too long’, so how he can imagine he’s engaging in a useful debate will be beyond any rational individual’s comprehension. Cllr Lambert also seems to have a problem understanding the way social media works. It’s not Brentford people are ‘talking down’, it’s the people who are meddling with it, those social engineers in Hounslow. It’s noticeable across Labour controlled London that the incompetence and lack of understanding how most people live, work and spend their money is adversely affecting many neighbourhoods. Brentford is no exception. The evidence is there with the absence of occupants for those new retail units. A few smart coffee shops and a cinema don’t make for a thriving town centre. |
