| The debacle and disgraceful treatment of the person who started a coffee hut in Walpole Park from nothing with just his savings and a second job to get it up and running is, I hope a lesson learned and a episode not to be repeated. Similarly with Gunnersbury Park where the scenario was similar. If it only goes to the big boys or 'preferred' entities and not genuine local small businesses then it will be a big shame. And the pubs and the independent cafes are mainly suffering badly with restrictive hours and severely diminished footfall. And that's quite plain to see locally unless you are in a prime location. |
