| Thank you for clarifying that, Cllr Lambert. Economics is the key here but it will be a tough ask in the current financial climate. The overheads of running the facility will be considerable simply from a heat and light perspective. Factor in insurance premiums for public liability and building and contents and it can become prohibitive. Is the council putting up any money for running costs? It won’t help having a competitor outlet up the path in Boston Manor House. |
