| It will actually mean very few new vehicles, not "thousands" as the majority of the new builds have neither provision for parking nor are the council likely to issue a CPZ permit as many developments have a no parking restriction. Ealing are already refusing CPZ permits to new developments as a condition of planning consent, expect Hounslow to follow suit. |
