| There are, of course, reasons to own and use a car. I know from personal experience though that when I had a car, which is going back about three years now, I was very much more inclined to get into the car even for short journeys. It can make one rather lazy I feel and I suppose my thinking was that if I paid out all that money to keep a car on the road then I was jolly well going to use it! That, I think, is half the problem. |
