| I've never been to this car park but does the new system mean that whilst in the hospital you aren't stressed about the time on the ticket you've bought running out with the worry that you'll get fined? This increases the stress levels of patients visiting hospital which must increase the likelihood of arguments with staff - or anybody for that matter. |
