| I guess it is just a typo, and you mean a 33% increase. Sounds easy to use though. Given the tiny increases in funding and the huge increase in demand, something has to give. I would rather it was parking fees than healthcare. What would make more sense is increases in mainstream taxation. 1p on each band should raise enough money. |
