As Phil said... contamination of recycled waste is a headache and spoils the Council's intentions. A certain Brentford Decorator comes to mind. It's like dropping ink into a glass of milk. The lot gets rejected....and if a lorry has travelled down to Gravesend with a load of paper... to be turned away after an inspection...what a waste of time and money. Did not Hounslow send ALL WASTE to Grundon at Colnbrook to be hand sorted etc. Much better than relying on Joe Public for a non tolerance performance. Anyway, local recycling is way way short  of acceptable. There should be more local recycling sites for us to do our bis..... not less. Done properly there should be so little general waste in any case. Where's a good local recycling site in Brentford or Isleworth? Thanks for the heads up Jim.
