| Keith, not meant as a criticism, but I don't think you understand the neighbourhood plan concept (quite understandably if you've hadn't researched it) and it is neither designed nor intended to be professional led, but driven by the public/commumity themselves. Hence why I suggest the principle of such a route being explored by residents in association with local action groups, and to be fair to me, the fact I've mooted such a possibility is intended to be helpful in suggesting a productive step as opposed to all the useless negativity I keep reading. |
