| I wouldn't know where to start when it comes to helping to design development projects nor do I know the perimeters of what is expected to be presented and probably more important in terms of being taken seriously, I have no cash to put on the table to back up what I think. I think that your reasons for someone more used to such projects and who is more qualified to get involved not to be part of the process and at to at least advise and steer in the right direction pale into insignificance when the outcomes are considered. To suggest that everyone else except such a person should get involved in collectively developing a vision is a little counter-productive (for want of a better way of putting it) imo. |
