| All well and good Adam but people also have to balance work, families and whatever else and are not necessarily qualified,confident or experienced enough to 'create a neighbourhood development plan'. Perhaps if those in the community who have or have had a role in town planning, architecture or property development etc. would step forward and offer to lead such an initiative it may work. |
