| Adam, I agree that conditions are generally unknown to the general public but given that there is plenty of scope for planning officers to direct issues such as materials and finishes the overall 'look and feel' of the development can be influenced. Also this detailed application will be followed by detailed schemes for the outline phases, which can also be influenced. I agree that Mary Mcleod is playing politics by posturing at this late stage but that is to be expected given that her tenure will end next year when the seat returns to Labour....... |
