| What seems to be overlooked is that the new surrounding developments will have a much higher density of residential population than is current in Griffin Park. It is highly likely that the future residents will be within their rights to have activities at Lionel road stadium severely curtailed. Without adequate parking and a clear road system, the venue will be a white elephant as it will suffer the same problems as other local stadia. Mr Benham stands to lose a lot of income - Unless the development happens but over a longer term..What happens then? |
