| Nice thinking....but..... I doubt you would get 100 town houses on Griffin Park and you do not seem to have included the land cost for the Lionel Rd site, purchased from Barretts, don't know how much for.......... Plus if the new stadium is on the training ground, where do they train in the future. In the new London Plan density levels are increasing and developers are building to the new levels. |
