| Ahh, you see Darren that's where doing engineering and economics wins out over just playing with numbers. Big difference in unit price build costs between 5 stories and 17; something to do with the weight of those extra 12 stories I believe. Also a big difference in selling price for a low rise development compared to jammed in tower blocks; something to do with space and actually being able to fit one or two trees in. 15 mins is a completely comfortable walk for me and without wanting to stress the point too much is not having a bus the only thing you can think of? I can count off reasons for LR being stupid all day long. I can count off reasons for the training ground not being useful on, err (not wanting to be too rude here), very few fingers. |
