| Not sure I can agree that the land cost is a minor detail.... those nice people at Barretts will have worked out the sale cost on the likely number of units to be developed. With approved LA planning (subject to Sir Edward Lister, AKA Boris Planning supremo) for 900 odd homes that value is now fixed. Even if the stadium shifted to Osterly the tower blocks would still happen. In fact there would be more as the stadium site would be available. BTW I objected to the development as too high, too dense and inadequate S106, but the deed is now done.... |
